PAYMENTS

Medicare rebates:

You will need a referral from your medical practitioner to claim for services eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Health Funds:

You may be able to claim a rebate depending on your health fund and level of cover. Check with your health fund.

Appointments:

Please arrive on time as we are unable to extend sessions past the pre booked hour.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice. If this is not met a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
